Katie
Our Salon Director. With 20 years of salon experience, her passion for hair and improving our planet led her to open Panache, an environmentally friendly salon, using organic Oway products which are biodynamically farmed in a sustainable way to ensure that making hair beautiful has as little impact on our beautiful world as possible. Katie’s initial studies took place in Guernsey’s COFE and since qualifying she has attended various other courses across the UK, including London’s Aveda academy.
Aaliyah
Our Salon Manager / Stylist. With over 6 years experience in the industry, Aaliyah has further trained at Vidal Sassoon Academy and Blue Tit Academy in London, where she developed her cutting techniques. Alongside working behind the chair, she helps ensure the salon runs smoothly day to day, supporting the team and creating a welcoming experience for clients. She is passionate about colouring, especially balayage, and loves helping clients feel confident and happy with their hair.
Chloe
Our Senior Hair Specialist. With over 20 years of experience, including owning her own salon in London, she brings wealth of knowledge and a personalised approach to her work. Chloe specialises in creating effortless, wearable hair that works with natural movement, tailoring each style to suit the individual. She is known for her razor cutting techniques, creating soft shapes that grow out beautifully. She is passionate about creating authentic, low maintenance styles that suit each client’s lifestyle.
Siri
Our Senior Stylist. Siri has over 13 years experience in the hairdressing industry and is a qualified hair stylist of 8 years who has also attended The Hob Academy for a classic cutting course. Siri’s main focus is to learn different techniques, styles and new trends. She enjoys all aspect of hairdressing; mostly balayage and styling hair. She loves to make the clients feel amazing and enjoy their experience.
Jordan
Our Senior Stylist. Jordan has over 9 years experience in the hairdressing industry. He is passionate about creating styles that make his clients feel confident and refreshed. Specializing in short, precise haircuts and loves to work with high-quality , sustainable products that supports both healthy hair and a healthy planet. He also has a strong interest in hair health, scalp care, and overall wellbeing, because good hair starts within.
George
Our Stylist. George has recently returned to the island after spending 12 years in London. She has 6 years working in the industry having trained at Vidal Sassoon in 2018 in both cut and colour where she discovered passion for colouring. This led her to pursue further education at Ena Salon in Covent Garden where she qualified and worked as a technician. She loves creating bespoke colours for her clients. Her favourites being blondes whether that’s highlights, balayage or lived in colour.
Leanna
Our Junior Stylist. After completing her NVQ qualifications at the Guernsey College of Further Education, Leanna is now enjoying building her own clientele and welcoming new guests into the salon. She has a real love for scalp treatments and creating natural, lived-in balayage looks, she is always excited to help clients feel their very best. Passionate about her craft, Leanna brings both care and creativity to every appointment.
Issy
Our Apprentice. Issy joined Panache as a Saturday assistant in February 2025 and officially began her apprenticeship that September. She is currently working towards her NVQ qualification while training in the salon each week. Issy is passionate about developing her skills in both cutting and colouring and is excited to continue growing within the team.
